ANNOUNCEMENT - Permit processing in UIR has been shut down

Most users will not be able to log into UIR after December 31, 2023.
All remaining permit requests have been closed out.
Utility Permit Office users will have read-only access after December 31, 2023 until UIR data has been successfully migrated into RULIS.
